Pursuant to paragraph 10.08 (1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company, via its direct subsidiary, LHFM has on 28 November 2019 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Darma Canggih Sdn. Bhd. for the Land Acquisition for a total purchase consideration of RM6.30 million only.
